Refund Policy

At Hurrae, we take pride in offering our customers the Infinity Subscription service, which involves a variety of design and development services that are unlimited and continue over a specific period. Due to the continuous nature of these services, we do not offer refunds for any subscription period that has been paid for. This applies even if the subscriber did not use the services during this period. We recommend that subscribers use the services frequently to get the most out of their subscription.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, and hence we have a flexible cancellation policy. Subscribers are free to cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the subscriber will continue to have access to their Hurrae Infinity subscription until the end of the billing period they've paid for. To avoid the renewal of the subscription, it should be cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The cancellation of a subscription will not trigger a refund for the current billing period, or any previous billing periods.

No Exchanges

Our service offerings under Hurrae Infinity are carefully curated to provide a comprehensive package to our subscribers. Given the nature of digital services provided, we do not offer the exchange of one type of service for another. We encourage subscribers to make full use of all the services available under Hurrae Infinity for a holistic development experience.

Suspension and Termination

At Hurrae, we believe in maintaining a fair and respectful environment for all our users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Hurrae Infinity account if we suspect any fraudulent activity, misuse of our platform or a breach of our terms and conditions. We consider violations of our terms very seriously and will take necessary actions to uphold the integrity of our services.
